Be Encouraged!

Today’s Through the Bible Reading: 1 Corinthians 15:35-16:24; Acts 20:1-6; 2 Corinthians 1:1-2:4

Jesus has all we need! Through the cross He conquered death, defeated our enemy, gave us power over sin, and was wounded so we could be healed. What a Savior!

…Death is swallowed up in victory. O death, where is thy sting? O grave, where is thy victory? …But thanks be to God, which giveth us the victory through our Lord Jesus Christ. 1 Cor 15:54-57

Having been given ALL things through Christ... "Be on your guard; stand firm in the faith; be men (and women) of courage; be strong. Do everything in love." (1 Cor. 16:13, 14)

Whatever situation you find yourself in today, remember He is for you and working all things out for your good (Rm 8:28). His strength is made perfect in our weakness. He is a conquering King and never looses a battle - so give all things to Him and rest in what He has called you to do.
