Does God Care About the Little Things?

Today’s Through the Bible Reading: 1 Corinthians 1:1–3:11

Truly Jesus loves you. He really, really loves you! He cares about the little things in your life and wants to bear all your cares and burdens. This world provides a constant source of opportunities to doubt God’s promises, faithfulness, attentiveness, and love. Whether we have questions in our own mind or hear someone else’s doubts and discouragement, there is one answer that satisfies all questions regarding God’s goodness – the cross.

If we try to utilize the world’s wisdom to answer the world’s questions, we will find ourselves in the same slough of despond and confusion. However, like Paul, if we determine to keep our minds on Christ and to rely solely on Him and Him crucified for all our answers, foundation of friendships, fuel for thought, and source of fellowship then our lives will be built on the Solid Rock.

For I determined not to know anything among you, save Jesus Christ, and Him crucified. 1 Corinthians 2:2

So whatever questions or concerns you face today, look to the cross and see Jesus.

He that spared not His own Son, but delivered Him up for us all, how shall He not with Him also freely give us all things? Romans 8:32
