At this weeks Friday Women's Bible study we heard Read and pray every single day! That's a constant reminder here at Applegate and I LOVE it! It's important that we're reminded to put first things first...And God's Word should come first.
Did you know that the Psalmist in Ps. 119 (which is all about God's Word) gives us over 70 reasons why we should take in the Scriptures daily? Well, he does and the list is beautiful.
If and when you're tempted to forego those daily devos - consider this list and think again.
Thy words were found, and I did eat them; and thy word was unto me the joy and rejoicing of mine heart: for I am called by thy name, O LORD God of hosts. Jer 15:16
